Kylie Watson graduated from the University of Queensland in 2005 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Throughout her career she has worked in major Tertiary teaching hospitals in South-East Queensland in outpatient and inpatient rehabilitation. Her clinical work has specialised in the areas of acquired brain injury, stroke, neurological conditions, and geriatric medicine. She has over 5 years of experience working in a multi-disciplinary Spasticity Clinic, helping clients to manage hypertonicity that may develop post acquired brain injury. She has also worked as a clinical education support officer for Queensland Health and as a senior research assistant at the University of Queensland. Kylie’s passion is Upper Limb and Cognitive Retraining, and she enjoys working with clients towards achieving functional goals that make a difference in people’s everyday lives.
