Group Programs

We offer a range of group programs designed to support individuals in their recovery and enhance independence. Our Empower ME program combines Occupational Therapy (OT) and Speech Pathology (SP) to help clients build confidence, improve daily living skills, and regain independence. We also offer a dedicated Upper Limb Therapy Group, using evidence-based therapy to improve strength, mobility, and function in the arms and hands. For those looking to improve social skills and communication, our Social and Communication Group focuses on building relationships, conversation skills, and community engagement. These group programs offer the opportunity to learn in a supportive, social environment while working towards meaningful goals alongside others facing similar challenges.
