Elena Ardern — Speech Pathologist

Elena is a Speech Pathologist at ABI Solutions with a strong interest in supporting adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injury.

She provides assessment and intervention for cognitive-communication and swallowing difficulties, working with clients to improve their communication, safety, independence and participation in everyday life.

Elena has a particular interest in comprehensive communication and swallowing assessments, as well as individualised therapy for people experiencing changes in memory, attention, processing, executive functioning, speech, language or swallowing following neurological injury or illness.

Her approach is person-centred, practical and collaborative, working closely with clients, families, support workers and the broader rehabilitation team to develop strategies that can be applied in real-world environments.

Elena is a member of the Speech Pathology Association of Australia and is a certified practicing Speech Pathologist.
